What Is Grounding?
Earthing" or "grounding" is the practice of direct physical contact with the Earth's surface, often by walking barefoot on grass or soil.
The Earth carries a mild negative electrical charge. When bare skin touches the ground, free electrons flow into your body and rebalance your bioelectrical systems.
Modern lifestyles block this connection. Rubber-soled shoes, insulated floors, and elevated beds have cut us off from the Earth's natural energy. A grounding sheet brings that connection back indoors.
